I have been a Dietitian for over a decade and really love my job. I’m passionate about women’s health because I believe women deserve better support and clearer guidance when it comes to their bodies and nutrition. Our needs shift over our lives and often we can be left to figure it out alone.

My approach is warm, realistic and evidence-based, with a strong focus on helping you feel more confident and in control. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or cutting out everything you enjoy - just practical, sustainable strategies tailored to your body and lifestyle.

I know seeing a dietitian can feel a bit intimidating. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable to share what’s going on with your body and your diet.
